Alan's career started 40 years ago as a programmer for a die sinker manufacturer. He has worked with a wide range of EDM equipment and has extensive experience with EDM technology, programming, and applications across many industries.
Larry has extensive experience with EDM equipment, applications, and technical support. He provides troubleshooting, service assistance, and customer training.
Sergio manages service operations and customer support. He works with technicians and customers to coordinate service, repairs, and technical assistance.
John manages parts operations and ensures customers receive the components and support they need. He has extensive experience helping customers with EDM parts and service needs.
Greta manages marketing initiatives and customer communication, supporting EDM Network's branding, website, and outreach efforts.
