Description
The EDMMax 650HW Submerged Horizontal Fast Wire EDM is the product of decades of experience building EDM machine tools. It is a three-piece design, comprised of machine tool, DI tank and CNC control.
- Ultra-high precision ballscrew and HiWin linear guideways
- Direct drive Panasonic AC servo motor on the Y axis with rotary encoder feed back
- Submerged cutting to 250mm (9.7") to cover the build plate and cut area
- Solid round wire guides, not split guides
- Remote pendant control, jog and edge find
- Auto lube system
- Work light
- On-board CAD programming system
- DXF loading via USB port and LAN port
