CHMER CNC Series H32C Small Hole Drilling EDM
Description
CHMER offers four models of their affordable CNC EDM Drillers; from the smallest H32C a compound table design, through their Gantry style models: H64C, H86C and H1080L. The bridge style utilizes a linear motor drive and Fagor glass scales on the longer Y-axis and Panasonic AC servo motor and optional glass scale on the shorter X-axis. The bridge style allows for large and heavy workpieces to EDM drill on the fixed worktable. The electrode range is from .2 - 3.0 mm with option to go up to 6.0 with the ER spindle and ER collets.
Optional Automatic Electrode Changer 10 or 20 position, and optional guide changer 5 positions are available.
The CNC controller can also control optional B or AB indexers from various index manufacturers: MMK, Parkson, Shin Jin and others. Blind hole, polarity switching during machining and hard metal drilling are standard features. A complete water dielectric system is included with filtration.
