Description
The CHMER RX Series are the larger models of the G Series. The RX Series features a linear motor drive and Fagor glass scale on the longer axis and a ball screw with AC servo motor drive and glass scale on the shorter axis.
The RX Series offers both non-submerged (F) Flushing style and fully submerged (S) Submerged style. Very large work pieces can be accommodated inside the submerged (S) work tanks or extended beyond the work area in the non-submerged (F) models. Interfacing an optional B axis requires only an additional driver PCB and the rotary indexer. Very large gears and cams can be cut. True "turn and burn."
The unique AWT allows for threading very small start holes, plus it can rethread a broken wire on location, under water and through the narrow kerf in 10 seconds! It is 99% reliable and very low maintenance as there are only five moving parts. Long run jobs and automation requires a reliable AWT system.
Four sizes are available in both F & S models: RX853, RX1063, RX1065 and RX1265.
Installation and On-site Training are included.
