U-V is disassembled. Machine is pressure-washed and prepared for painting.

3. Dielectric System.

• Remove filters and resin. Acid bath and power wash flush cart. Replace with new filters and resin.
• Also, replace mechanical seals in pumps as required.
• Repair or replace solenoids.
• Set-up and test.
